Meeting Rooms at Dunboyne Castle Hotel
Dunboyne Castle Hotel is the premier venue for meetings in Meath. Our 21 acre estate offers all you need for your meeting or event, starting with a central location. Dublin city centre and Dublin airport are just 20 minutes’ drive from our doors, and motorways connect us to many major business hubs in Ireland.
Our hotel also boasts a number of contemporary meeting rooms. These can host from 25 to 350 guests, and are technologically equipped with all you need for your meeting. Floor plans are available to view here.
The Tara Suite
The Tara Suite is a contemporary ballroom within our Georgian estate. The modern Meath conference venue is suitable for any occasion, and can accommodate up to 350 guests.
Old House
The Old House Boardrooms overlook the gardens, and offer a stately venue for up to 50 people. Six meeting rooms are available, each individually designed in line with the stately Georgian era. These venues are also ideal for private dining functions.
Executive Boardrooms
Dunboyne Castle Hotel features three contemporary boardrooms. The Alder & Copper Beech Suites can cater for up to 20 guests, while Cedar Suite caters for up to 60 delegates. These newly renovated meeting rooms, in the hotel’s modern wing are state of the art. With flexible, retractable walls, integrated HD 5000 lumen data projection, 55” LED displays, digital surround sound for crisp, clear speech & presentation audio. These rooms are perfect for board meetings, seminars, conferences, think tanks & more.
The Cedar Suite is characterized by the abundance of natural daylight enhanced by the floor to ceiling windows wrapping around this modern meeting room. The interchangeable breakout rooms off the Cedar Suite, the Alder & the Copper Beech Suites, offer great flexibility as smaller individual boardrooms or can be opened out to make one large room.
The Darley Suite
The Darley Suite is suitable for events with up to 180 people. The mid-sized banqueting suite features a self-contained bar, and allows easy access to the manicured lawns. The spacious room boasts contemporary décor and classic wood panelling.
Private dining can be arranged in the meeting rooms
Our venues also offer exquisite surroundings for private dining. Meals served in our Meath meeting rooms are prepared in our award-winning IVY Restaurant, by our team of skilled Chefs. They’re renowned for their skill in the kitchen, and work with locally sourced ingredients to create contemporary cuisine. Our private dining menu can be perused here.
