Spa Etiquette
Spa etiquette can be a source of anxiety for first-time spa-goers, but it's easy once you know a few basics, here are some basic rules to help you relax.
Arrive on time
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your treatment time as you will need to complete our consultation for and change into a bathrobe. Should you arrive late, kindly note that the equivalent time may be deducted from your treatment.
Cancellation / Postponement
We understand that appointments will need to be changed or cancelled from time to time.
In order to facilitate you and other guests, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ cancellation notice.
Please note our specific policies below:
A credit card is required when making your appointment.
If you fail to show for an appointment, your card will be charged 100% cancellation/no show fee.
Please noted these charges will be made automatically without notification.
Attire
Don't forget to bring your swimwear & flip flops if you intend to use the Thermal Suite before or after your treatment. Bathrobes and towels will be provided on the day.
Turn off your mobile
The Spa is strictly a mobile free zone. Furthermore, we would ask you to respect the calm and quiet environment that we have carefully created.
Tell us your preference
When you make an appointment, should you have any preference for a male or female therapist, kindly inform the reception when arranging your booking. During a massage, feel free to ask for anything you would like to be done different, more or less pressure, quieter music etc. Your comfort is important to us.

Please note that children under 16 years of age are not permitted in any area of The Spa and Thermal Suites at any time. To avoid disappointment at the time of booking, we recommend that you have a couple of dates in mind in case your first choice is unavailable. We recommend you book at least 6 weeks in advance, particularly for Fridays or Saturdays.
WHAT IF I AM PREGNANT?
You must be 12 weeks or over to avail of one of our pregnancy treatments.
Please make one of our team members aware if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions when making your booking.
GIFT CARDS
Treat your loved one or friend to a gift card, which may be redeemed against any spa treatment or retail product. Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at time of treatment.
