How long are the gift cards valid for?

Our gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase and can be used throughout the entirety of the hotel.

What can the spa gift cards be redeemed against?

Our gift cards can be redeemed against the cost of any spa treatment or product giving you every reason to treat yourself. Vouchers can be used throughout the hotel so you can also redeem against the cost of afternoon tea or lunch to enhance your experience!

How do I redeem a spa gift card?

Your spa gift card is your payment card during your visit. Present the gift card at the time of payment and we will do the rest! If you have a digital gift card, bring along a printed version of your voucher to present at time of payment.

How far ahead do I need to book to redeem my gift card?

Are spa gift vouchers refundable?

Our gift vouchers are non-refundable but they are valid to use throughout the hotel, so if a spa day isn’t for you, then your gift card can be used in the Ivy Restaurant, Terrace Bar or even be put towards a well needed overnight stay!

I’ve received a spa gift card, can I add on additional services?

Of course! If you are looking to book in for additional services, then any additional balance that there may be once the gift card is redeemed is payable by cash or card.

Are there any restrictions on using my spa gift card?

No, your spa gift card can be redeemed against our wonderful range of bespoke treatments, full product range and across other departments in our hotel such as the restaurant and afternoon teas.

I received my spa gift card, what do I need to know ahead of my visit?

You can call or email our reception team in the spa to book your treatment. Our team will be able to help you with everything from choosing the right treatment for you, to looking after your booking. Once your booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email with all of the information that you need to know ahead of your appointment.

  What is the age limit?

 Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in any area of The Spa.
