Purpose-driven to address common issues that impact physical and emotional well-being, this 100% natural and vegan product line, bespoke treatment and retail offering encourages deep relaxation while helping to improve the many concerns we can all experience such as sleep issues, stress, hormonal imbalance and compromised health.

With our planet living at the heart of this aromatherapy brand, it is 'wellness from the ground up' that drives every decision in respect of the ingredients, raw materials and packaging used in Ground Wellbeing, ensuring everything that’s been taken from the ground, is readily absorbed back by the ground.

To avoid disappointment, we advise that that you book your treatments ahead of your planned visit. All reservations are subject to availability and all bookings must be secured with a credit card. Advanced reservation is required for use of our Thermal Suite and is subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS & LATENESS POLICY 

As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should be given if you need to change or cancel your spa booking. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Same day cancellations and guests who fail to show will be charged the full amount of the treatment price.

Whilst we understand that life can sometimes get in the way, we will do everything that we possibly can to accommodate our guests however late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time. We advise that you arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment time to change and complete your consultation form.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS 

At the time of booking please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that you may have as some treatments and products may be unsuitable for guests with certain health conditions. Based on the information provided we will advise of the best treatment for you if your chosen treatment is deemed unsuitable.
